What it does

replyneed decides which inbound texts really need a human reply (a thumbs-up, a shared link and a laughing emoji do not) and ranks the rest as said yes, upset, money or a question, with no model call.

Reactions that are not replies
Twelve tested spellings of a phone reaction are recognised from what the sender typed, so your own question mark, wrapped inside their thumbs-up, is never read back as theirs.
A yes is never filed away
Yes, ok, sure, I'm in and a few dozen phrases veto every rule that would file a text away, because a yes looks exactly like noise.
Ranked, never hidden
Said yes, upset with you, about money, asked a question, told you something, each with a label and a one-line reason. A rank is a sort order, not a filter.
You supply the "nothing asked" verdict
If you have a reader (a person or a model) that found nothing asked, pass it in. replyneed never guesses it.
Folders per thread
Needs a reply, Ignored and Replied in one JSON file, with reply-sent and new-text moves and safe handling of an unreadable file.
Your own words
Add yes phrases, refusal phrases, money words and your own name with Rules or command-line flags.
