Refund policy

Within 14 days of buying crawl you can get a full refund, no questions asked.

How to ask

Email josephlinares02@gmail.com with the GitHub username you bought for or your receipt. You can also ask Link support, which handles your receipt.

What happens

The refund goes back to the way you paid. Repository access ends when the refund goes through, and so does the license, whoever issues the refund.

Chargebacks

If you dispute the payment with your card issuer, repository access is paused while the dispute is open. If the payment is reversed, access and the license end as they would after a refund; if the payment stands, access returns. A question from your card issuer that isn't a dispute doesn't affect access.

If crawl doesn't work as described and we can't fix it, email us anyway.
