Terms of sale
Version 2026-09-13.2. These terms cover buying crawl at dominares.org.
Who you're buying from
Dominares Tools is run by Joseph Linares. Contact: josephlinares02@gmail.com.
What you're buying
A license to use crawl and its bonus pack under the Dominares Tools Commercial License, delivered as read-only access to the private GitHub repository dominares-tools/crawl for the GitHub account you choose before paying. One purchase covers one GitHub account.
Price and payment
crawl costs $49 (US dollars), paid once, plus any sales tax, VAT or GST that applies where you live. Checkout shows the total before you pay, and Stripe may show it in your local currency. Payment is sold through Link, Stripe's merchant-of-record service, which calculates and collects that tax and sends your receipt. Link's terms apply to the payment.
Delivery
GitHub sends the invitation right after your payment completes. Sign in as the account you bought for and accept it within 7 days. If it expires, request a new one at dominares.org/access. To move access to a different GitHub account, email us.
Updates
Your access includes every version published to the repository. If crawl is ever discontinued, you keep the right to use the versions you already have under the license.
Refunds
You can get a full refund within 14 days of buying. See the refund policy.
Chargebacks
If you dispute the payment with your card issuer, repository access is paused while the dispute is open. If the payment is reversed, access and the license end as they would after a refund; if the payment stands, access returns. A question from your card issuer that isn't a dispute doesn't affect access.
Support
Email josephlinares02@gmail.com. Every buyer shares the same repository, so support happens by email rather than in GitHub issues.
Using crawl responsibly
You're responsible for what you crawl and how you use the results, including following each site's terms, robots.txt and the laws that apply to you.
Warranty and liability
crawl is provided as is. The warranty disclaimer and the limit of liability in the license apply to your purchase.
Changes
If these terms change, the version number changes. Your purchase stays under the version you agreed to at checkout.
